Privacy policy
Last updated: July 2026
Onboardability, LLC ("Onboardability," "we," "us") operates onboardability.com. This policy describes what information we collect on this site, how we use it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect what you give us through forms, we measure how the site is used, we use that information to respond to you and improve the site, and we do not sell personal information and have not sold it in the preceding twelve months.
Information you give us
When you submit a form on this site, we collect what you enter: typically your name, work email address, your credit union's name and asset size range, your area of interest, and anything you write in a comments field. This information is stored in our customer relationship management system and used to respond to your inquiry, prepare for conversations you request, and, where you have asked for them, send you relevant communications. Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops those communications.
If you schedule a meeting through our scheduling link, the information you provide there is handled by Google Calendar's appointment scheduling and is subject to Google's privacy policy.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we collect usage data when you visit: your IP address, approximate location derived from it, browser and device type, the pages you visit, when you visit them, and how you interact with the site, including your use of the interactive tools (such as the answers you select and results you generate in the assessments and benchmark on this site). If you submit your email address, tool interactions may be associated with your contact record.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies for the site to function and to understand how it is used. Google Analytics collects usage data such as pages visited, approximate location, device type, and interactions with the site's tools, using cookies. Microsoft Clarity records anonymized session activity such as scrolling, clicks, and page interactions, and may use cookies, to help us understand how pages are used. Vercel Analytics collects aggregate, cookie-free performance and traffic data. None of these services are used by us to identify you personally.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, and read about Clarity in the Microsoft privacy statement. Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal; because no common standard for interpreting it exists, this site does not currently respond to DNT signals.
Emails we send may contain small tracking technologies that tell us whether a message was opened and which links were clicked. We use this to understand what is useful and to run our email programs responsibly.
How we use information
We use the information described above to provide and improve this site and our services; to respond to inquiries and requests; to manage our relationship with you and your credit union; to send communications you have requested or that relate to services you use; to measure and improve the performance of our site, tools, and communications; to maintain security and prevent misuse; and to comply with legal obligations.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share information only with service providers who process it on our behalf and under our instructions, including our customer relationship and email platform, our website hosting provider, our analytics providers named above, and our scheduling provider; with professional advisors where necessary; in connection with a business transaction such as a merger or acquisition, in which case this policy would continue to apply until changed; and where required by law or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of our services.
Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes above: contact records for as long as we have or are pursuing a business relationship, and usage data for as long as needed to analyze and improve the site. We delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed, and we honor deletion requests as described below.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to know what personal information we hold about you, to receive a copy of it, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of certain uses. Because we do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, there is nothing to opt out of on that front. To exercise any of these rights, email support@onboardability.com with your request; we will verify it and respond within the time required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. You may also unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in any message.
Security
We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect personal information, and we limit access to those who need it to do their work. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect what you share with us.
Children
This site is a business-to-business site intended for credit union professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Links to other sites
This site links to third-party sites, including sources we cite. Their privacy practices are their own; we encourage you to read their policies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date above will reflect the current version. Material changes will be noted prominently on this page.
